The subscribers shall contact the dealer or manufacturer of the handset for any such problem. GP shall not be responsible for replacing them in case these are lost/stolen/damaged.
  20. GP shall not be liable for any health hazard or issues otherwise acquired past the use or abuse of the service of the handset.
  21. The decision of GP shall exist final in respect of this Agreement, if whatsoever interpretation of the terms and conditions is required.

  8. Mobile Number Portability (MNP)
